TEAM Journal of Hospitality & Tourism (TEAM Journal) welcomes submissions from a wide range of disciplines that contribute to enhancing knowledge and provide a cutting-edge research stream in hospitality & tourism. With more than 10 years of collaboration, the Tourism Educators Association of Malaysia (TEAM) has become the bridge between the academic world and the industry. In view of the astonishing growth of the tourism industry in the past decades, TEAM comes on board to formalise ties between the educators and the hospitality and tourism organisations to provide competent human capital for the industry. TEAM has enabled the academic community to develop meaningful partnerships amongst themselves and with the industry.

Aims & Scope of TEAM Journal

The TEAM Journal aspires to be the flagship publication for the hospitality and tourism industry that emphasizes emerging issues pertaining to the latest development of the industry, in particular the Asia Pacific region. The objective of the journal is to educate and promote advancements in hotel & hospitality industry management, culinary arts & food services management, and hospitality and tourism education.

Review Process

All articles will be reviewed (double-blind) by at least two academic experts in the particular field of the submitted paper prior to acceptance. A maximum of 45 days/1.5 months is envisaged for the completion of the blind review process. Reminders will be sent to avoid late reviews.

Paper Contributors

Papers are accepted from public and private institutions of higher education, the industry, non-governmental organization, research centres and associations within the Asia Pacific region and also to the emerging nations.

Audiences and Beneficiaries

Academics, postgraduate students, researchers and industrial professionals working in the field of hospitality and tourism
